Set annual physical and screenings.

Physicals. Our multi-specialty physician group, Milestone Medical Group, offers online services including setting appointments. View location and hours of Milestone Medical Group.

Screenings at the Hospital. The first step in scheduling a screening is letting the Longmont United Hospital know who you are, who your doctor is, and what screening you need. Online registration is available for imaging, physical medicine, pulmonary and cardiopulmonary screenings, procedures and appointments.

The most frequently requested screenings are Angiography, Antepartum Testing ( ATU), Cardiology (electrocardiograms (EKG)/CHO), Computed Tomography (16 slice and 64 slice), Electroencephalograms (EEG), Electromyography (EMG), Endoscopy, Esophageal Pelvic Center (EPC), Infusions/Chemotherapy, Mammography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI/ MRA), Nuclear Medicine, Positron Emission Tomography, Radiology/Imaging – XRAY, Sleep Disorders Studies, and Ultrasound Imaging.

Online appointment setting is also available for pulmonary rehabilitation (respiratory therapy), diabetes management, pain management, physical medicine (rehabilitation) and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, catheterization lab, surgery (inpatient and outpatient) and vascular lab.

Resource Center: Offers computers and assistance to the best health sites. Where's the best parking?

The best parking at the Hospital is the valet parking. It is free and no gratuity required.

When are visiting hours?

Longmont United Hospital is open 24/7 and welcomes visitors any time unless the patient or doctor requests for times without visitors.

Rest and a quiet environment are essential to healing so please keep visits short and noise levels low. To help promote your loved one’s healing and to prevent spread of disease, please wash your hands when entering or leaving the room and postpone your visit if you are ill. Children may visit only if supervised by an adult at all times.

Does the Main Lobby entrance close at 9:00 p.m.?

For security reasons the main lobby entrance is locked at 9:00 p.m. If you are visiting from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., you will need to enter from the emergency department entrance. Proceed to the Emergency Department Welcome Desk to receive your Visitor ID sticker. We want to keep our patients safe and you safe.
