Matthew Brett, M.D.

Practicing in Lyons
Dr. Brett is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He completed his MD at New York Medical College and residency at the University of Wyoming. When Dr. Brett is not working at Milestone Family Medicine, he can often be found helping the Salud Clinic. Dr. Brett is married with children and resides in Lyons. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys mountain biking, skiing and golf.

Fabio Pivetta, DO

Practicing in Berthoud
Dr. Pivetta has practiced in Berthoud since 2001. He is Board Certified from the American Board of Family Practice. At Longmont United Hospital, He serves on the Infection Control Committee and is the Medical Director of Milestone Family Medicine. Dr. Pivetta also serves on the Thompson Valley School District Health Advisory Board and is a member of the Boulder Valley Care Network. He is a clinical instructor at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Pivetta is married with children and resides in Berthoud.

Katherine "Lynn" Walker, M.D.

Practicing in Niwot
Dr. Walker is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She completed her internship and residency in Lancaster, PA. During the winter months, she is a volunteer ski patrol at Eldora Ski Resort. Dr. Walker is married and resides in Niwot. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys skiing, bicycling and playing with her dog.
