AgeWell is your “go to” resource on how to keep healthy. The AgeWell staff includes registered nurses who are ready to guide you to healthy choices. The choices vary from health management to unraveling a health concern. They can direct you to classes, services or programs for information you may need.
Health Center of Integrated Therapies has over 20 therapists that offer integrated services. They help in your overall health and are affordable. These services are not covered by Medicare or Medicaid. However, they may be covered by private insurance.

It is a true gift to yourself, as well as your loved ones and your doctor. We will give you the forms, and help, related to advance planning (medical power of attorney, living will, Five Wishes). Health Ambitions was created for adults, especially seniors, and people who have been ill or have had an injury. The Center provides wellness options in a medically safe environment. Studies have shown that meditation can help with both physical and emotional stress. This class teaches different meditation techniques. This includes exercises for breathing, imagining, stimulating the memory, changing negative emotions to positive ones, and silent reflection.
