As an affiliate of Longmont United Hospital, Full Circle Health Associates follows the Planetree Model of Care. This includes educating the patient on their diagnosis, treatment options and recovery. We encourage the patient to be active in their health by asking questions. Often referred to as patient-centered care, we focus on helping activate a patient's interest in his or her own optimal health.

Physician Amy Johnson, MD
Dr. Johnson is Board Certified by the American Board in Obstetrics/ Gynecology. She completed her MD at University of Colorado and residency at the Phoenix Residency Program of OB/GYN. University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Dr. Johnson is an avid outdoors person who enjoys whitewater kayaking, hiking, biking and camping.

Physician Heather Keene, MD
Dr. Keene is Board Certified by the American Board in Obstetrics/ Gynecology. She completed her MD at State University of New York and residency at Providence Hospital ?OB/GYN. Dr. Keene enjoys skiing, hiking, yoga and road biking.
