PrestigePLUS is Longmont United Hospital’s award-winning senior wellness membership program, open to ages 55 or better. From modest beginnings in 1991, with more conventional offerings, to a greatly expanded, more holistic approach in 2006, Prestige has become a community leader in providing innovative programs and services for older adults. Our mission is to empower both our members and the greater senior community to assume responsibility for their health and wellness by providing the requisite knowledge, resources and tools to accomplish that goal. We believe our success and longevity hinge greatly on our historical association with Longmont United Hospital’s Health Center of Integrated Therapies and our adherence to the Planetree philosophy, both of which focus on the whole person—body, mind, spirit.
Working with Longmont’s Senior Services Division
Our partnership with City of Longmont’s Senior Services Division enables us to reach beyond our membership to provide wellness activities and educational programs, clinics, classes, consulting, counseling and screenings to the larger community. This partnership has opened new doors and allowed us to reach more deeply and broadly into the community. We co-create programs, share knowledge and skills and support each other in our common mission to enhance the well-being of older adults.

You do not need to join PrestigePLUS to utilize our services, but your membership brings a variety of benefits, including:

Annual dues are: $20/individual; $35/couple
We are available to discuss health and wellness issues and advance planning matters, such as the Five Wishes document and legacy stories. We also have videos and DVDs on “Advance Directives,” “Legal Planning” and “Writing Your Legacy” that you may check out or purchase.
