How can we help you and your family?

Our goal is to make sure you and your family are comfortable with the care being received. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal care - dressing, feeding, hair care, exercise, diabetes management education and support.
  • Home services - laundry, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, prescription pick-up, meal preparation
  • Companionship - daily visits to round the clock companionship
  • Home health care - skilled nursing care including foot care, medicine management, blood pressure check, dressing wounds, weight check, monitoring of blood sugar, home safety evaluation, blood draws with physician orders (and if needed, delivered to laboratory), plan of care management
  • Emergency care - If there is an emergency, an ambulance will be called, and our staff will deliver the patient’s plan of care and progress report personally to the emergency department.
  • Other services - childcare, dog walking, transportation arrangements for doctor’s visits or support groups, errands

While some people feel a regular visit with a customized plan of care is appropriate, others need flexibility. Appointments are available around the clock to meet your needs.
