What to Expect at Your First Appointment
At the beginning of your appointment time, your practitioner will greet and escort you to a private treatment room. At this time the practitioner will review your Health History Form with you and may ask additional questions about your health goals, health concerns and your pain level on a 0-10 scale.
For manual lymphatic and massage therapy treatments, your practitioner will then exit the treatment room to give you privacy to disrobe to your level of comfort and to lie down on the treatment table and cover yourself with a sheet and blanket or robe. Your practitioner will then return to the room once you are comfortable on the table to begin treatment.
Your practitioner welcomes your feedback and communication throughout your appointment – whether it is changing the temperature of the table, adapting the pressure used, or enjoying the type or volume of music … We always value your feedback to meet your needs.
At the end of your appointment time, your practitioner will ask you to rate your pain level on a 0-10 scale after the treatment.
